Quality Policy
It is the policy of Hy-Tech Drilling Ltd. to provide our customers with a comprehensive drilling service of the highest quality. We will accomplish this by being totally committed to satisfying our customers and continuously improving and evolving our services. This will be ensured through our adherence to the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
Our Policy, with its focus on “Preventative Action”, details the procedures and instructions in every phase of our operation. It presents our quality system to customers and suppliers in order to inform them of the specific controls we have implemented that ensure the quality of our service.
Each Manager is responsible to ensure that the requirements of this manual are executed and implemented correctly in all areas that are related to quality.
Every employee has a responsibility to ensure that quality is maintained in our daily activities.
Hy-Tech Drilling Ltd. will:
· Provide the best drilling service available to our customers, meeting or exceeding all requirements for time schedules, cost effectiveness, and quality.
· Communicate to all employees the importance of meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Provide a positive, progressive, and safe working environment for our employees through a harmonious atmosphere of mutual respect.
· Contribute to the advancement of core drilling technology through the continuous improvement of Production Methodology, Quality, and Efficiency of Operations.
· Demonstrate leadership through the implementation of progressive policies and procedure related to protecting the environment.
· Review on a regular basis the continuing suitability of the Quality Policy.
